Hey there! My name is Dan Ward and I'm a Boston-based DevOps and software engineer with over 20 years experience. While my background is .NET with extensive PowerShell experience, these days I'm focusing automating and improving the DevOps world.

I've written an absurd amount of PowerShell over the years (and I love it). Here's a tiny subset of my work; I've been meaning to put more online:

• Octopus Deploy Utilities: export, search, measure & report, see changes over time and unit test your configuration.
• Run Docker commands in PowerShell and get PSObjects not strings.
• PowerShell whitespace script re-formatter and code cleaner.
• Functionality for determining file encoding even if no BOM. This is currently in the PowerShell Beautifier project but will get moved to its own soon. Read more about it here.
• ScriptCop rule to find Return statement in ForEach cmdlet loop
• Global in-memory settings drive (coming soon!)
